The Basic Landscape Maintenance Subscription provides reliable, professional lawn care designed to keep your property clean, trimmed, and well-maintained throughout the season. Service includes lawn mowing, edging along sidewalks and hard surfaces, trimming around structures and landscape features, and cleanup of grass clippings and debris generated during normal service.
This subscription includes two scheduled service visits per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis. Standard pricing applies to residential properties up to ½ acre that can be safely maintained using standard residential mowing equipment. Properties larger than ½ acre, up to a maximum of 1.5 acres, may be subject to an additional monthly surcharge based on size and service conditions. Properties exceeding 1.5 acres require a custom service quote.
Initial services on overgrown or neglected properties may require additional preparation or first-service charges prior to enrollment.
Service availability is limited to properties located within 35 miles of Wheeling, West Virginia. Scheduling may be adjusted due to weather conditions, ground saturation, or safety concerns while maintaining overall service frequency within the monthly cycle.
This plan includes routine lawn maintenance only and does not include pet waste removal, landscaping installations, heavy debris removal, shrub or tree pruning beyond light maintenance trimming, or specialty services unless quoted separately.

This plan includes all services provided in the Basic Subscription, including mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup performed during two scheduled service visits per month.
In addition, the Advanced plan includes light maintenance trimming of accessible shrubs and landscape areas during regular visits, blowing and clearing of walkways and hard surfaces, and ongoing visual monitoring of lawn and landscape conditions to help identify maintenance needs early. Customers enrolled in this plan receive priority scheduling within normal service routes.

Periodic property condition reviews and seasonal service recommendations are included to help maintain curb appeal and prevent maintenance issues before they arise. Maximum plan customers receive top scheduling priority.
