This plan includes all services provided in the Basic Subscription, including mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup performed during two scheduled service visits per month.
In addition, the Advanced plan includes light maintenance trimming of accessible shrubs and landscape areas during regular visits, blowing and clearing of walkways and hard surfaces, and ongoing visual monitoring of lawn and landscape conditions to help identify maintenance needs early. Customers enrolled in this plan receive priority scheduling within normal service routes.
Standard pricing applies to properties up to ½ acre. Properties larger than ½ acre, up to 1.5 acres, may require an additional monthly surcharge. Properties exceeding 1.5 acres require a custom quote prior to service.
Service is limited to properties within 35 miles of Wheeling, West Virginia. Weather delays or unsafe service conditions may require scheduling adjustments while maintaining normal monthly service frequency.
This subscription covers routine maintenance only and excludes pet waste removal, landscape installations, mulch installation, major pruning, storm cleanup, or specialty services unless quoted separately.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly. Cancellation must occur prior to the next billing cycle, as no refunds are issued once a billing period has started.
