This plan includes all services from the Basic and Advanced Subscriptions, along with enhanced attention to overall property appearance and seasonal upkeep.
Customers receive two scheduled maintenance visits per month, including mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup, shrub touch-ups, and detailed finishing of lawn and landscape areas during each visit. Periodic property condition reviews and seasonal service recommendations are included to help maintain curb appeal and prevent maintenance issues before they arise. Maximum plan customers receive top scheduling priority.
Standard pricing applies to residential properties up to ½ acre. Properties larger than ½ acre, up to 1.5 acres, may be subject to an additional monthly surcharge based on property conditions. Properties exceeding 1.5 acres require a custom quote.
Service availability is limited to locations within 35 miles of Wheeling, West Virginia. Scheduling may shift due to weather, safety, or ground conditions while maintaining overall monthly service frequency.
This subscription does not include landscape construction, fencing installation, large-scale cleanups, storm damage removal, or specialty services unless separately quoted. NO PET WASTE.
