Our Basic Landscape Maintenance Subscription is designed to provide reliable, professional lawn care that keeps your property clean, trimmed, and well-maintained throughout the season. Service includes lawn mowing, edging along sidewalks and hard surfaces, trimming around structures and landscape features, and cleanup of grass clippings and debris generated during normal service.
This subscription includes two scheduled service visits per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis. Service is intended for routine lawn maintenance only and applies to residential properties up to 1.5 acres that can be safely maintained using standard residential mowing equipment. Initial services on overgrown or neglected properties may require additional preparation or first-service charges prior to enrollment.
Service availability is limited to properties located within 35 miles of Wheeling, West Virginia. Scheduling may be adjusted due to weather conditions, ground saturation, equipment safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control; however, service frequency will be maintained within the normal monthly service cycle whenever possible.
This plan does not include pet waste removal, landscaping installations, heavy debris removal, shrub or tree pruning beyond light maintenance trimming, or specialty services unless quoted separately.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month. Customers may cancel service at any time prior to the next billing cycle; however, no refunds are issued once a billing cycle has begun, and cancellations apply to future billing periods only.
